TITLE: How to use function My Report Files in Smart Client

STEP 1:

First, lauch the Smart Client and Login. From the left site menu, click IAF User -> My Report Files.

STEP 2:

The menu are as follows.

User can preview, display, print,change filename and delete the selected file by clicking right click from it.

1) Click preview the file to preview. The file will be open in the the same menu tab.

2) Click Display the file to display the overall file. The file will be open in the new tab.

3) Click Print file at printer. This menu will be display as follows.

User can choose either one from the selection: print on web server/ print on iaf server /local.

Not only that, user can select their print form to ensure the contents of the file is in order and use correct margin/layout.

4) Click Change filename to change the name of the file.
