Frequently Asked Question

If user complaint that the Office 365 client apps deactivated or need to sign in, please follow below steps;

1. Open any Office 365 client apps, ie Excel, Word, PowerPoint or Outlook
2. In this guide, Excel being used as sample
3. Open Excel
4. Go to File
5. Select Account
6. In Account, go to User Information. Click Sign Out 
   
7. Click Sign Out

8. Click Sign In 
9. Key-in emailid, then click Next 
10. Key-in the password, then click Sign In 
    
11. Enter code and then click Verify 
12. Now the account activated.
