How to re-activate Office 365 clients apps

If user complaint that the Office 365 client apps deactivated or need to sign in, please follow below steps;

  1. Open any Office 365 client apps, ie Excel, Word, PowerPoint or Outlook
  2. In this guide, Excel being used as sample
  3. Open Excel
  4. Go to Fileimage
  5. Select Account
  6. In Account, go to User Information. Click Sign Out image
  7. Click Sign Out image 
  8. Click Sign In image
  9. Key-in emailid, then click Next image
  10. Key-in the password, then click Sign In image
  11. Enter code and then click Verify image
  12. Now the account activated. image
