How to create personal data file in Microsoft Outlook Client

In Outlook client environment

1. Click File

2. Click Info

3. Select Accounts Settings > Account Settings

4. Go to Data Files Tab

5. Click Add

6. Select Location to save; note: please save in D:\ not as suggested location below.

7. Type File Name then click OK.

8. Click Close.

9. The new PST will be available in Outlook Client

10. To create a subfolder under new created Personal Data, right click the personal Data then select new folder and type sub folder name.
