Frequently Asked Question

In Outlook Client environment, follow below steps;

1. Select File > Info > Options > Add-ins> Manage

2. Select Disabled Items, click Go

3. In Disabled Items, select Teams listed under Disabled Items select it, and then select Enable.

4. Restart Outlook and confirm if the add-in is working.
