How to View Available Meeting Room from PowerApps

  1. Open PLUS Lounge
    https://pmbgrp.sharepoint.com/sites/plusintranetportal
  2. Hover to Pautan Lain, go to Akses dari Mana-Mana and select Room & Sport Centre Booking – Outlook

  3. It will then redirect the user to Meeting Room Booking System SharePoint Portal

  4. From here, scroll down until you see Outlook Room Booking – PowerApps

  5. User can choose either Book for an existing meeting or Book without a meeting
    image
  6. For example, when user select Book without a meeting, user will be redirect to the list of available rooms

  7. From the left-hand side of the screen, there are Booking Details which shows Date
    and Time. User can change them based on their preference

  8. Here you can see the list of available rooms for booking. You can book your room based on your preference by clicking on the BOOK button

  9. On the top right of the screen, you can see there is a More Rooms button. Click on it if you want to see more available rooms

  10. Notice that the counts of available rooms will change
