How to View Meeting Room Availability from Microsoft Power BI Dashboard

1.Go to PLUS Lounge
https://pmbgrp.sharepoint.com/sites/plusintranetportal

2. Hover to Pautan Lain, go to Akses dari Mana-Mana and select Room & Sport Centre Booking – Outlook

3. It will then redirect the user to Meeting Room Booking System SharePoint Portal

4. From here, user can see there is a dashboard embedded on top of the portal

5. User can select any meeting room from main screen based on their preference to view the room availability

6. After clicking the preferred meeting room, it will redirect user to the specific meeting room. From here, user can see the room availability

7. There are four (4) types of view (Month view, Week view, Day view, List view). User can change the view based on their preference

8. User can see booking for previous and next month by clicking on these arrows

9. The Today button will bring back the user to today’s calendar

10. If user wants to go back to the main screen and choose another meeting room, user can click on the HOME icon on top left of the dashboard

11. This Outlook Meeting Room Dashboard will auto-refresh every hour starting from 9am until 5pm, eight (8) times a day. Note that the auto-refresh function is not available during lunch hour, 1pm until 2pm
